Requirements

South African Citizens
  • Certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Up to date Immunization Card (If lost, your child will need to be re-immunized (By Law)
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • Valid Proof of Home/ Parent Work address
  • Proof of guardianship if a guardian
  • Latest original School Report
Non-South African Citizens
  • Certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Up to date Immunization Card (If lost, your child will need to be re-immunized (By Law)
  • Passport / Permanent Residence Permit / Asylum Seeker Permit / Refugee Permit / Study Permit / Parent Work Permit
  • Valid Proof of Home/ Parent Work address
  • Proof of guardianship if a guardian
  • Latest original School Report
